All of us, whether full time residents, weekenders or visitors of  East and West Twin Lakes, should recognize our role as caretakers of these priceless natural resources.   

Since we are  simply stewards of our lakes, we all share the responsibility of protecting East and West Twin.  

Be a responsible boat owner and follow the boating rules when out on one of  our lakes. 

Be a responsible riparian and protect our lakes from harmful runoff by maintaining or establishing a wide vegetation strip at your shoreline.

Be a responsible neighbor by practicing lake friendly measures 
on your property and encouraging others to do the same.
